It did not give us satisfaction

The service and the accommodation. I think the room is not yet ready and just cleaned fast because the guest is already there. The way the staff in the bar area communicate guests is not proper. Amenities in room are lacking and things like floor rag

I accepted a big loss. After four days, I moved on.

The pool area was the only comfortable place. If all you were looking for, was a daily swim.

Richdel Hotel Resort was a scam. Where is the water? Where is the beach? Good luck to find anything decent for miles, unless you want to pay a high premium from another Resort Hotel Beach rental. Within two hours and not touching anything in my room. I had my bags to the reception area and requested a refund. I was refused - even a partial refund. I lost over 60,000 pesos from this place. And shame on booking.com for not backing me. When I contacted booking.com they referred me back to hotel management. No refund. The rooms or in need of repair, especially the bathroom. FREE WI-FI? The only Wi-Fi reception was in the pool area near the office. The free breakfast was minimal. They serve the same breakfast everyday. Room cleaning was by daily request only. And be aware of valuables left in the room. It was uncomfortable to be outside of the hotel alone. I had one bad experience. I prepaid for 30 days. I was only able to tolerate 4 days stay. No refund. Not even a partial refund. Please do not ruin your vacation. Pass this place by.

Very bad location, breakfast no good and WiFi available only in the lobby not in the room witch I haven't experienced in the Philippines before even in cheaper places.

their place is peaceful and not so clean.

but one thing i dont like is their free breakfast is not ready on time. We still have to wait for their chef to arrive.

Highly not recommended

Weak internet, but only in the lobby.

Room 310 was messi and only ca. 6 instead of (announced) 20 m2, had only very small window in a manhole/well near the noisy laundry. No furniture beside the (small) bed with messi linnen. Tiny and partwise broken TV. Small bathroom with overflowing toilet. Breakfast only 2 eggs and toast with old melting butter. Second cup of coffee (hot water with powder) was to pay extra.

Overall it was okay but wouldn’t recommend it they need to upgrade their TV service

Responsive staff.

They have many centepede in the bathroom, poor tv, only 3channel and not clear. The room we booked was very tiny not what it looked like in pictures but they upgraded us at no additional charge there was no nice view cause of too many towels blocking the view

The Swimming pool is good enough to rest.

The details while Im booking. It shows in the booking 20sqm but its not. Also the view it shows when i booked its poolside view but we stayed at the no view at the back of the building.

Nothing worse Stay ever

Air conditioning was so loud and didn’t work, bed sheets were dirty, tap and shower dribbles. Room was the size of a shed. Tiny window and no curtain

Fair only, good pool, friendly staff but very noisy room !

The pool area was very nice, staff were very polite and friendly, night security very good and got us a cab to airport at 3.00am !

The room faced a very busy road and was noisy at all times, electric cables from the street running alongside balcony, ugly view ! The place seemed to be mainly occupied by Korean staff from nearby restaurants, not many travelers ! If you stay here specify a pool view room, much quieter ! The wet room didn't drain well and stayed very wet at all times !

This hotel was one of the worst we ever experienced in the Philippines and my wife is filipino, the pool was ok but the Jacuzzi and waterfall where out of order, the rooms are tiny and we are informed they are usually used for Ilicit quick meetings between filipino guys and there mistresses, our bed sheet had a massive hole in in the middle and the top sheet was thrown on from a single bed, when we complained they left us standing for an hour in the corridor whilst they tried to fit another single shet to a double bed, only when we requested another room did they resolve the problem, disgusting customer service.
